Senior Robotics and Systems Engineer

Biography

Chris joined the group in late 2012, and is the Senior Robotics and Systems Engineer responsible for hardware development.

Having spent a number of years in working in the  motorsport industry, Chris completed his Bachelor of Engineering at McGill University in 2002. His area of study was Mechanical Engineering with a specialisation in Design. From 2002 until 2011 he worked in the Ambulatory Robotics Lab and the Mobile Robotics Lab at McGill University’s Centre for Intelligent Machines (CIM), where he was responsible for the design and construction of the AQUA robots. He additionally was an adviser to undergraduate design teams completing their capstone year design course, and was the faculty adviser for McGill’s Formula SAE team.
